Information Form for Obtaining, Processing, and Protecting Personal Data
This information text has been prepared by ERM BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİLERİ DANIŞMANLIK İTH. İHR. LTD. ŞTİ. (from now on referred to as ERM Information) is located at Küçükçamlıca Mah. Bulgurlu Cad. Melek Sima Sok. No: ½ Üsküdar / İstanbul, as the Data Controller within the scope of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Complied with in Fulfilling the Information Obligation under Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698.

With the awareness of this responsibility, as the Data Controller within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“LPPD Law”), your data may be processed only for the purpose and scope explained below, by the LPPD Law and other relevant legislation.

Your personal and unique personal data that you provide to us: Name, Surname, Turkish Republic Identity Number and/or passport number and/or temporary Turkish Republic Identity Number, tax identification number, place and/or date of birth, marital status, gender, profession, insurance card number, business registration number and other identification data that may identify you; address, telephone number, e-mail address and other communication data, voice conversation records kept by customer representatives in accordance with call center standards and your personal data obtained when you contact us via e-mail, letter and/or other means; financial data such as bank account number, IBAN number, credit card information, billing and invoice information; notifications such as surveys, thank you letters, complaint letters, satisfaction results; It includes your vehicle license plate information if you use the parking lot, images obtained from camera records that are constantly recorded in common areas in accordance with the legislation in our institution, data you send and/or enter through all websites and online services belonging to ERM Information, IP address, cookies and other personal data, other personal data including the CV provided in this regard in case you apply for a job, and all personal data related to your service contract, and can be processed by ERM Information in a way that is proportionate and in connection with the purposes specified in Article 2 and can be transferred to the persons, institutions and organizations defined in Article 3.
2. Processing Purposes
Your personal data, including your unique personal data, may be processed to carry out our company’s corporate sustainability activities, provide/promote products and services with explicit consent, transmit crucial information that needs to be shared via personal communication data, organize all necessary records and documents for the completion of our domestic and international services in digital or physical environments, managing our company’s relations with business partners or suppliers, carrying out our company’s personnel recruitment processes, carrying out/following up our company’s legal affairs, planning and executing corporate communication activities, managing complaints and satisfaction, informing authorized institutions when necessary, creating and following up visitor records, recording camera footage in community buildings due to security practices, fulfilling the requirements of signed contracts, and similar purposes.
3. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data: For the purposes specified in Section 2; during and/or before and/or after your arrival to the institutions within ERM Information; verbally, in writing, visually or electronically, via telecommunication communication means such as telephone, SMS, MMS etc., through e-mails you send, call center call records, Website, verbal, printed and similar channels, and stored in physical and digital environments.
